Manage your account yourself
Many common requests are faster from your account, no email needed:
- Track an order — your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email and in your order history.
- Update your address or payment method — edit them in your account before your next order ships.
Health questions about your dog
We're happy to talk about our ingredients and how to use the Pethium medallion. But we are not a substitute for your veterinarian. If your dog is ill, on medication, pregnant or nursing, or you're unsure the product is right for them, talk to your vet first. Their health comes before our policy — and before a sale.
